Status and Trends in Development of Genetic Transformation of Fruit Tree

摘要 果树转基因研究为提高果树育种效率,缩短果树育种周期,加快果树产业的技术进步和结构调整提供了新的途径。从近年来中国果树重要目的基因的克隆、果树离体再生与遗传转化体系的建立等方面综述了国内果树转基因的研究现状,比较了国内外果树遗传转化研究所取得的重要进展,提出了当前中国果树转基因研究存在的问题及应对策略。 Studies on genetic transformation of fruit tree have provided new approaches to increasing breeding efficiency, shortening breeding periods, promoting progress of techniques of fruit tree industry and adjusting arrangement of fruit tree industry. Status of genetic transformation of fruit tree in China is reviewed from three aspects including cloning of important genes of fruit tree, regeneration of fruit tree and fruit tree transformation. Studies on important progress of fruit tree transformation in China and abroad are compared. Present problems and strategies of fruit tree transformation in China are pointed out.
