摘要
以茄科药用植物木本曼陀罗的叶片为外植体,通过一步法再生获得丛生芽及其再生植株,建立了木本曼陀罗的快速无性繁殖体系.结果表明:木本曼陀罗最佳丛生芽诱导培养基为MS+6-BA3.0mg/L+NAA0.2mg/L,丛生芽分化率可达91.4%,平均丛生芽倍增数为13.5.试管苗生根培养基以1/2MS+IBA1.0mg/L最好,生根率高达94.5%.
An efficient in vitro plant regeneration and clonal propogation system was established for the medical plant Datura arborea L. via the one-step procedure with the leaf as the explant. The highest shoot induction (91.4 0.2mg/L NAA, th supplemented was achieved from leaves cultured on MS medium containing 3.0 mg/L 6-BA and e proliferation rate averaging 13.5. The developed shoots rooted readily on 1/2MS mewith 1.0 mg/L IBA, with a rooting rate as high as 94. 5%.
