摘要
水通道蛋白(AQPS)属于疏水性蛋白质,是一种能促进水转运的小分子跨膜蛋白家族。它几乎在所有的活体中均有表达,并在控制水流进或流出细胞方面起着重要作用。目前,在哺乳动物身上已经发现了13种AQP(AQP0-12),它们都有着重要的生理和病理意义。现将AQPS及其与肿瘤关系的一些研究进展作一综述。
