离子交换法从石煤含钒浸出液中提钒的研究 被引量:33

摘要 采用离子交换法对从石煤矿含钒浸出液中提钒进行了研究。着重考察了树脂类型、吸附接触时间、pH值等对钒吸附率的影响。试验结果显示:在pH=4,吸附接触时间为60 min时,树脂对钒的吸附工作容量大于260 mg.ml-1湿树脂,钒回收率大于99%。采用3 mol.L-1的NaOH溶液做解吸剂,解吸效果很好,解吸液钒浓度最高可达150 g.L-1以上。硫酸型和氯型树脂对钒的吸附性能无太大的差别。在工业化扩大试验中,该树脂吸附工作容量达到280 mg.ml-1湿树脂以上,解吸液V浓度最高达到200 g.L-1以上。工业化扩大试验证明:采用特种离子交换树脂进行石煤提钒新工艺不但可缩短工艺流程,而且可大大提高金属回收率。该技术如能在石煤提钒行业推广将对其产生一定的影响,具有显著的经济意义。 The vanadium extraction from the vanadiferrous leaching liquor of stone coal by ion exchange was studied, focusing on the effect of various factors of extraction (e. g. resin type, float speed, solution pH). The test results showed that with vitriolic resin at pH=4 and contact time 60 min, the working adsorption content of the resin was up to 260 mg· ml^-1 while vanadium recovery was up to 99%. The desorbing results were excellent with 3 mol· L^-1 NaOH. The concentration of vanadium in the stripping solution was up to 150 g· L^-1. The resin featured stable reusability when transformed by H2SO4 and HCl. The working adsorption content of the resin was up to 280 mg·ml^-1 while the concentration of vanadium in the desorbing solution was up to 200 g·L^-1 in the industrial trial which indicated that it is feasible to carry the resin into execution in the new technics of extracting vanadium. The industrial spreading the technology should make an important impact on the industry in the extraction of vanadium from stone coal and have remarkable economic effect.
