摘要
介绍了一种采用激光多普勒技术的非接触振动传感器,分析了它的工作原理及光路电路结构,并给出了初步实验结果与测量误差分析。
This paper describes a new type of contactless vibration sensor by using of laser Doppler technology.In this paper the basic principle of this sensor is discussed.The structures of the optical system and the electronic system are analyzed.The experimental results and the error source in measurement are also introduced.The paper points out that this kind of vibration measuring device will have a good application prospect.
