摘要
设计了一种新颖的半导体光纤温度传感器。通过实验的方法研究了采用不同光源时传感器的输出特性。根据实验数据分析了传感器的灵敏度、测温范围、线性度和重复性与光源光谱特性之间的关系。
A new kind of semiconductor optic fiber temperature sensor is described in the paper.Its output properties are investigated through experimental method by using the different light source.The sensor sensitivity,temperature measuring range,linearity and the relation between the repetitiveness and light source spectral property are analyzed according to the experimental data.The experimental results show that the noncontact measurement of temperature can be stably realized by us ing the optic fiber temperature sensing system.
