摘要
实验确定了由硫酸镁一步法制备阻燃型氢氧化镁较适宜的条件为:表面处理剂添加量5~10mL(以制备5g氢氧化镁为基准),恒温处理时间3~4h,陈化时间4~6h.此工艺条件下,所制得的氢氧化镁样品XRD分析表明,(001)面对应的衍射峰强度明显高于(101)面,样品(101)方位的扭歪值η<3.0×10-3,比表面积SDET<20m2/g,颗粒形貌为棒状,直径为25~50nm,长径比为8~10,且分散性好,样品符合阻燃型氢氧化镁的特殊要求.该工艺具有流程短、设备简单、操作条件温和(常压、低温操作)、成本低等特点.
The one-step process for preparing magnesium hydroxide flame retardant with the material of purified magnesium sulfate. The results of the single factor experiments show that the optimal technological conditions should be as follows: the addition of composite surface-active agent is [preparation 5 g Mg(OH)2] 5~10 mL, reaction treatment time 3.0.-4.0 h, and aging time more than 4.0 h. The measurement results of XRD indicate that the diffraction intensity of (101) direction is higher than (001) direction, a strain in (101) direction is less than 3×10^-3 and the specific surface area (BET) is not more than 20 m^2/g. The shape of particles is acicular with a diameter of 25-50 urn, the ratio of length-to-diameter is 8-10, and their dispersive is good. The product quality has reached to the standard of magnesium hydroxide flame retardant. In a word, with mild technological conditions and lower equipment cost, the one-step preparation process is simple and reasonable.
