75mGyX射线全身照射后24h,小鼠脾细胞经ConA刺激48h,其细胞外液使2GyX射线全身照射小鼠后体外培养的胸腺细胞凋亡降低,尤其在培养后72h降低明显(P<0.05)。与此同时,脾细胞CD25表达(P<0.01)及IFN-γ分泌(P〈0.05)明显增高。上述结果提示,小剂量辐射改变了免疫器官的微环境及其信息传递过程,使免疫功能增强,细胞成熟和分化加速,凋亡降低。
The splenocytes were cultured with ConA for 48h in vitro 24h after whole-body irradiation (WBI) with 75mGy X-rays in mice. The extracellular fluid of the splenocytes decreased the thymocyte apoptosis in vitro 24h after WBI with 2Gy X-rays in mice, especially decreased significantly 72h after the thymocyte culture (P<0. 05). Meantime, the CD 25 (IL-2 recepter) expression of the splenocytes (P<0.01 ) and its IFN-γ secretion (P<0.05) enhanced significantly. The results suggest that low dose radiation changes the microenvironment of immune organs and the process of their informention transfer to lead to the enhancement of immune functions, the acceleration of the maturation and differentiation of immune cells and reduction of their apoptosis.
