摘要
本文按时间顺序先后通过对与当代住宅设计及生活有着重要影响的“SOHO”、“LOFT”、“5+2生活方式”、“分时度假房”、“2+1住宅”、“BOBO”从概念到住宅的介绍,目的是阐述生活与住宅的相互关系,并通过结合住宅市场的现状来突显,指出了现有户型设计的不足与发展趋势。
In order to illustrate the mutual relationship between life ＆residence, this paper makes a series of introduction about the concept ＆ details of SOHO, LOFT, 5＋2 life style, time share house, 2＋1 residence ＆ BOBO allording to time order, which has a strong influence on contemporary residence design and life. In addition to this, the paper highlights the relationship between life ＆ residence through combination with residence market so as to point out the disadvantage of the present residence design and its trend of development.
