摘要
研究了水杨酸与热锻炼对葡萄幼苗脯氨酸、可溶性糖和游离氨基酸含量和叶绿素荧光参数Fv/Fm的影响。结果表明:水杨酸和热锻炼在高温胁迫过程中能提高可溶性糖的含量,显著降低脯氨酸的含量,且游离氨基酸含量表现为先降低后升高的变化趋势。水杨酸预处理的葡萄叶片在高温胁迫0 h的可溶性糖含量最高为0.41%,热锻炼预处理在高温胁迫0 h的可溶性糖含量为0.31%,对照处理在高温胁迫0 h的可溶性糖含量为0.26%。水杨酸、热锻炼和对照的脯氨酸含量在胁迫过程中均表现先升高后降低,再升高的变化趋势。水杨酸处理在14点能减弱叶绿素荧光参数Fv/Fm的下降程度,从而在中午减轻了光抑制。
Effects of salicylic acid and heat acclimation on the content of free proline, soluble sugar and free amino acid in grape seedlings during heat stress were studied in the experiment. Results showed that salicylic acid and heat acclimation can significantly increased the content of soluble sugar, decreased the content of proline and changes of free amino acid were similar, which decreased at the beginning, then went up. The content of soluble protein in grape leaves with salicylic acid treatment was 0.41%, that with heat acclimation treatment and the control treatment were 0.31% and 0.26%, respectively. The content of free proline of three treatment increased at the beginning ,then decreased and went up again . salicylic acid reduced the decreasing of chlorophyll fluorescence parameters (Fv/ Fm) and decreased the photoinhibition at noon.
