乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)、三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)和氯化聚乙烯(CPE)经熔融共混和注射,用过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)引发交联,同时经偶氮二碳酰胺(AC)发泡成交联发泡材料,其力学性能与配方、交联发泡温度和时间有关,较适宜的温度为440 K^450 K,最佳的温度和时间分别为448 K和360s。通过HAAKE密炼机研究了共混物熔体的转矩随混炼时间和温度的变化,并用扫描电镜(SEM)分析了共混物的亚微形态结构,结果表明,当共混入2%~5%的CPE时有较好的粘弹性匹配和相容性,可提高10%~25%的力学性能。
Blend of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA), ethylene-propylene-diene terpolymer rubber (EPDM) and chlorinated polyethylene (CPE) was cross-linked with dicumyl peroxide (DCP) and blown simultaneously with azodicarbonamide (AC) by injecting, cross-linking and blowing process. It has excellent mechanical properties and elasticity. It is found that mechanical properties are a function of formula and cross-linking and blowing temperature and time. A good cross-linking and blowing temperature is in the range of 440 K-450 K and the optimum temperature and time is 448 K and 360 s, respectively. Torques of melt blends were analyzed with HAAKE Mixer. The blend morphology was characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results show that the blend has desirable compatibility and viscoelasticity suitable for injecting process and mechanical properties are improved by 10% -25% by incorporating 2 % 5% of CPE.
