摘要
试验选用体重(15.6±1.98)kg杜长大仔猪12头,在测定血球蛋白粉常规养分和氨基酸含量基础上进行消化代谢试验。采用单因子试验设计,用无氮日粮和血球蛋白粉半纯合日粮法测定血球蛋白粉中粗蛋白质和能量的消化利用率及猪回肠末端氨基酸的表观消化率。结果表明:血球蛋白粉含粗蛋白质91.87%,总能20.96MJ/kg,总氨基酸71.85%,其中主要限制性氨基酸:赖氨酸、蛋氨酸、苏氨酸和异亮氨酸含量分别为6.32%、0.91%、2.30%、0.36%。粗蛋白质表观和真消化率分别为92.69%和94.34%,总氨基酸回肠表观消化率80.83%,消化能19.28MJ/kg,代谢能19.03MJ/kg。
A digestibility trial to evaluate the nutritional value of spray-dried animal blood cells （SDBC） was conducted on the basis of analyzing the common composition and amino acid content.Twelve Duroc x Londrance x Yolk piglets with body weight （15.6±1.98）kg were used in the experiment to determine the digestibility of crude protein, energy and amino acids of SDBC.N-free diet and semi-purified diet with SDBC as only protein source were used in two treatments each with 6 replications,The results showed that：SDBC contains crude protein 91.87 % ,GE 20.96 MJ/kg,general amino acids 71.85 % ,some of its main limited amino acid were：Lys 6.32 % ,Met 0.91% ,Thr 2.30 % ,Ile 0.36 %.The apparent and true digestibility of the crude protein were 92.69 % and 94.34 % ,the apparent ileal amino acids digestibility was 80.83 %,the digestible energy and metabolic energy were 19.28 MJ/kg and 19.03 MJ/kg.
