摘要
塔河油田奥陶系碳酸盐岩油藏储集空间类型复杂,油质较稠,井筒热损失大,随着井筒温度的降低,原油粘度增大,逐渐失去流动性,使稠油无法举升到井口,常规机采方式也无法满足举升要求。介绍通过“先破坏,再稳定”的技术思路,采用沥青分散剂+高胶质稠油混合,解决重质沥青质析出堵塞问题,在现场作业、生产过程中取得了良好的应用。并在前期电加热基础上发展了掺稀自喷、抽稠泵、抽稠电潜泵、螺杆泵、复合采油等针对性的举升方式。
Ordovician carbonatite reservoir type is complex in Tahe oilfield, its oiliness is isstiff and the heat loss of wellbore is great. With the depression of wellbore temperature, crude viscosity is increased, thereby the crude oil can’t be lifted to wellhead, the conventional mechanical recovery methods can’t meet the requirement of lift. The paper solved the plugging problems of heavy asphalt eduction by mixing asphalt dispersant and high colloid viscous crude. In field operation, good results were obtained. Meanwhile, some correlative lifting methods were researched based on early electric heating, such as high viscosity oil pump, high viscosity oil electric submersible pump, screw pump, compound oil recovery etc.
