摘要
全尺寸欠平衡实物钻井模拟器是在PDS—1钻井模拟器的基础上增加了旋转密封头、气液分离器及相关仪器等硬件设施而研制出的全尺寸实物欠平衡钻井模拟器,该模拟器可以完成低密度欠平衡钻井、地面充气欠平衡钻井、气体钻井和泡沫流体欠平衡钻井演示和操作模拟,并进行欠平衡钻井的设计和计算。文章介绍了欠平衡模拟器的结构、工作原理,说明了欠平衡模拟器主控台与前端控制台和图形控制系统之间在Windows系统下实现通讯的主要技术和关键问题。
Based on PDS-1 drilling simulator, the physical underbalanced drilling simulator was developed by adding rotary seal joint, gas liquid separator, and some correlative equipments. The physical underbalanced drilling simulator can finish the drilling operation simulation of low density underbalanced drilling, surface aeration underbalanced drilling, gas drilling, foam underbalanced drilling, and can be used for the design and calculation of underbalanced drilling. This paper not only presented the structure and principle of underbalanced drilling simulator, but also illustrates the key technology and the main issue of realizing the communication among console, front console and graphics control systems of under-balanced drilling simulator in the Windows system.
