摘要
在将高速公路发展与管理系统(HDM-4)与基于随机模拟的SFL算法相结合的基础上,提出了一种系统寿命周期费用分析框架,为路面养护管理寻找最优养护策略。根据路网实测历史数据,对HDM-4中最敏感的参数进行本土化校正,定义与不同交通等级和各种初始路面状况相对应的最优养护策略选择集,采用HDM-4进行养护策略的寿命周期费用分析,结合基于随机模拟的SFL算法进行养护策略优化和不确定性分析。通过具体的道路养护案例,详细介绍了分析框架的流程,并证明了其适用性。
A simulation optimization framework of system lifecycle cost analysis was presented through combining HDM-4 developed by World Bank with SFL algorithm based on stochastic simulation, which provided the optimal strategies for pavement maintenance management and could explicitly consider the effect of uncertainty on pavement maintenance strategy optimization in the process of maintenance. This was accomplished by integrating HDM-4 with a stochastic simulation-based shuffled frog leaping algorithm (SFLA) approach that was capable of planning the maintenance activities over a lifecycle planning period. In order to facilitate the analysis, selected road network data, traffic characteristic and cost related information were collected and analyzed via HDM-4. Through this knowledge, the HDM-4's most sensitive parameters could be adjusted to suit the local condition. Besides, technical literature and expert's experience were reviewed to determine on maintenance alternatives. Then, the analysis flowchart of this framework was discussed in detail and demonstrated by a real case study to verify its applicability and utilities.
