摘要
以3,3′-二氨基联苯胺为显色剂,研究了分光光度法测定有机物中的微量元素硒。对掩蔽剂EDTA的加入量、显色反应时间、络合酸度以及萃取酸度进行了研究。最后以络合物的稳定性,回收率等指标论证了该方法的可行性。该分析方法非常适合日常分析。
Using 3,3 '-diaminobenzidine ( DAB ) as selenium organic reagent, the author studied the determination of selenium by spectmphotometry . The addition of screening agent ethylenediamine teraacetic acid disodium salt (EDTA-2Na) , time of reaction, acidity of complex reaction and extraction were optimized: The stability of Se-DAB complex and rate of recovery were used to evaluate the practicability of this method. According to the results of the determination, we can draw a conclusion that the Sedetermination method described here is suitable for daily analysis.
