摘要
优化了米曲霉Y29种曲培养基的组成及种曲的培养条件。研究发现米曲霉Y29的种曲培养基组成为m(麸皮)∶m(豆粕)=9∶1,种曲培养基的水分含量为50%,种曲培养基中的营养素确定为草木灰,添加量为0.3%;种曲的培养条件为:培养温度为30℃,培养时间为66h,接种量为1.0×107cfu/g。在此条件下培养,米曲霉Y29产中性蛋白酶活力最高可达到(12545.9±82.3)U/g,孢子数可达到(11.7±0.44)×109cfu/g。
The suitable condition for the production of neutral protease by Aspergillus oryzae Y29 are studied. The results indicate that the suitable composition of the medium is as follow： m（wheat bran）：m（bean cake powder）=9：1, moisture content 50%, plant ash 0.3%; the suitable condition for the production of neutral protease is as follow： the optimal cultural temperature is 30℃, culture duration 66 hours, and inoculating 1.0×10^7 spores each gram medium. Under the optimal conditions, the neutral protease activity is as high as （12545.9±82.3）U/g, the mounts of spores is （11.7±0.44）×10^9cfu/g.
