摘要
当前成人高校德育理论与实践进入了一个全新的历史时期,德育实践面临着时代挑战,如市场化进程中的物化倾向及其带来的精神困惑、教育的功利化趋向、社会价值观多样化、生存方式的虚拟化和数字化等。要提高成人高校德育实效,德育理论必须进行反思和创新。要深化对德育本质的认识,坚持以人为本的德育观;确定成人高校德育目标,保证和促进学生全面、协调的发展;改进成人高校德育的方法,推进学校德育的现代化、科学化,以提高学校德育的实效性。
The current adult universities' moral education theory and the practice entered a brand-new historical period,the moral education practice has been facing the time challenge,such as the education utility trend,the social values diversification,the survival way hypothesized and the digitization and so on. Must enhance the adult universities moral education actual effect,the moral education theory must carry on reconsidering and the innovation. Must deepen to the moral education essence understanding,persists humanist moral education view; the definite adult universities moral education goal,guaranteed and promotes the student comprehensively,the coordinated development; improves the adult universities moral education method,advances the school moral education modernization,the scientific style,enhances the school moral education actual effect.
