摘要
设计了一种集成CMOS正弦信号发生器,该正弦信号发生器采用文氏桥振荡电路.利用基于无锡华润上华科技有限公司的0.6μm n阱双层多晶双层金属的数模混合工艺SPICEBSIM3V3 MOS模型进行仿真,采用单电源5V电压供电.利用HSPICE仿真并给出了仿真结果,该文氏电桥结构的正弦信号发生电路产生的正弦波信号失真度小(谐波失真约为1.5%)、幅值稳定、频率单一、结构简单实用、波形良好,适于低电压供电系统的使用.
An integrated CMOS Sinusoidal Signal Generator is presented. It consists of wien bridge oscillator. The simulation results based on CSMC 0. 6μm n well 2p2m process SPICE BSIM3V3 MOS model at 0 -5V power supply. The simulation results are given. This bridge's structure of the sinusoidal signal circuit has small sinusoidal signal distortion (THD about 1.5% )stable amplitude, single frequency, simple structure, a good waveform suitable for low voltage power supply system applications.
