摘要
以‘皇家嘎拉’(Royal Gala)苹果为试材,研究了果实套袋对树体光合特性的影响,测定了套袋树外围和内膛叶片的光响应曲线、CO2响应曲线以及光合的日变化规律。试验结果表明,套袋对树体外围叶片的光合性能无显著影响,但使内膛光强变弱,光合时间变短,内膛叶片最大净光合速率(Pn)16·5μmol·m-2·s-1,仅为对照的68%,其日平均光合速率仅为5·25μmol·m-2·s-1,明显低于对照,羧化效率(CE)也明显降低。
The experiment was conducted with Royal Gala apple trees, and the effect of fruit bagging on leaf net photosynthesis was analyzed. Light and CO2 response curves and daily change of photosynthesis in leaves of fruit-bagged tree were studied. Results showed that bagging had no effect on the photosynthesis of the leaves on the exterior canopy. But it reduced the maximal net photosynthetic rate and CE of the interior leaves. At the same time, bagging also could make a weaker light environment for the interior canopy, and shortened the effective time of leaf photosynthesis. With fruit-bagged trees, the maximal Pn value of leaves in the interior canopy was 16. 5μmol·m^-2·s^-1, only 68% as much as the control. The daily average Pn value of the leaves on fruit-bagged tree was 5.25 μmol·m^-2·s^-1, significantly lower than that of the control, thus decreasing the ability of carbon assimilation. So, the weakness of photosynthetic capability in interior leaves could be refered to as one of the reasons that making fruit-bagged quality to become worse.
