骨代谢生化标志物的临床进展——不同国家和地区绝经前后女性骨代谢标志物参考值回顾分析 被引量:23

摘要 目的比较不同国家不同种族绝经前后健康女性骨代谢标志物参考值的差异。方法收集19个国家不同种族绝经前后健康女性的骨代谢标志物参考值,进行分类整理和比较分析。结果骨形成标志物:亚洲绝经后女性检测值低于欧洲女性(OC:阿联酋<德国,日本<法国;PⅠCP:日本<德国,日本<芬兰,日本<西班牙),欧洲女性检测值低于非洲女性(BAP、OC:英国<冈比亚);骨吸收标志物:非洲绝经后女性和北美洲绝经后黑人女性检测值低于欧洲和亚洲女性(fDPD:冈比亚<英国;尿NTX:尼日利亚<韩国;血清CTX-Ⅰ:美国黑人<德国),欧洲绝经后女性检测值低于亚洲女性(fDPD:英国<阿联酋)。此外,欧洲不同国家绝经后女性存在地域差异(尿CTX-Ⅰ:芬兰<丹麦)。结论绝经后女性骨代谢呈现高转换状态,不同种族女性骨形成/骨吸收标志物比率不同。 Objective To evaluate the ethnic differences in bone turnover markers reference values in healthy premenopausal and postmenopausal women. Methods Collect 35 studies on bone turnover markers reference values from 19 countries, and make comparisons. Results Bone formation markers: Asian postmenopausal women have lower levels of biochemical markers than European women ( OC : Emirates 〈 German, Japan 〈 France ; PⅠCP: Japan 〈 German, Japan 〈 Finland, Japan 〈 Spain); European women have lower levels of biochemical markers than African women (BAP,OC: UK 〈 Gambia). Bone resorption markers: African and African-American postmenopausal women have lower levels than European and Asian women ( fDPD : Gambia 〈 UK ; urine NTX : Nigeria 〈 Korea ; serum CTX-Ⅰ :African-America 〈 German); European postmenopausal women have lower levels than Asian women(fDPD: UK 〈 Emirates). In addition, there is region difference in European postmenopausal women(urine CTX-Ⅰ :Finland 〈 Denmark). Conclusions In postmenopausal women, there are increased levels of biochemical markers of bone turnover. What's more, there are ethnic differences in rate of bone formation markers/bone resorption markers.
