摘要
高校师本管理是以高校教师为根本的现代管理理念和管理模式,充满着人性的关注;首先分析了高校师本管理的重要性及其三层涵义,然后重点探讨实施师本管理的四项策略:重视师本管理理念,构建平等、民主、和谐的人际关系,建立科学高效的激励机制和加大教师资源的开发力度;指出师本管理的实施定能提高高校的管理效益,促进高校的快速发展。
College teacher -based management characteristic of humanistic concern is a modern management idea and management model directed at teachers. The paper first analyses the importance and the connotations of teacher - based management, then focuses on explorations on its four implementation strategies : attaching great im- portance to teacher- based management ideas, constructing equal, democratic and harmonious interpersonal relationship, establishing scientific and efficient incentive systems and improving the development of teacher resources. It is pointed out that the application of teacher - based management is bound to increase collegial management benefit and speed up its development.
