Hay(合益)集团联手《中国企业家》的研究首次梳理绘制出中国企业领导者的“基因图谱”,而其中最值得警惕的是潜伏在他们身上的四大“危险基因”
With the assistance of China Entrepreneur magazine,Hay Group has had quite a few in-depth interviews with about 40 leaders and their subordinates in the past 2 years.The interviewers are all from Chinese top companies in different industries.Hay Group used a seriel of advanced research tools and combined them with opinions from outstanding business observesrs,and finally finished a report on competency models of Chinese business leaders, aiming to find out their gene of success and failure. Our research indicates that Chinese companies and their leaders are now standing on a crucial turning-point after a rapid growth of nearly 30 years.The environment of ineorpation operation both inside and outside has changed seriously,and if China entrepreneurs can not be on demand,it might be challenging for them to lead the company to continuous success.
