摘要
目的：探讨胸腰椎爆裂性骨折患者行GSS型椎弓内固定手术的围术期护理方法。方法：对21例胸腰椎段爆裂性骨折伴脊髓损伤患者早期行后路切开复位GSS型椎弓内固定术，围手术期给予精心护理，加强支持治疗和并发症处理。结果：21例患者术后出院随访2—6个月，患者均能恢复简单的日常工作。影像学示无1例断钉、内固定松动现象发生。结论：加强围术期护理，同时注意心理护理，术后监测及康复指导，可提高手术成功率，促使患者早日康复。
Objective ： To explore nursing methods in perioperative period in the treatment of patients with thoracolumbar burst fracture treated with GSS pedicle screw spinal system. Methods： Twenty one patients with thoracolumbar burst fracture were treated with simple posterior open reduction and GSS pedicle screw spinal system in early stage and meticulous nursing care was given in perioperative period, including psycho nursing, postoperative monitoring and rehabilitation instruction combined with supportive treatment and prevention of complication. Results： All patients restored and were able to do simple job by following up 2 to 6 months after they were discharged from hospital. No screw was broken and fixation loosed by x - ray exam. Conclusion ： The successful rate of operation can be increased through strengthening perioperative nursing care and psycho nursing care, and rehabilitation instruction can effectively promote patient~ recovery.
