摘要
介绍了铝合金挤压铸造电磁定量技术理论及控制模型。介绍了电磁定量浇注基本原理,通过实验研究和数学拟合,建立流量、泵高与电流计算数学模型,确定了定量浇注控制方法,并针对实际挤压成型件进行了实验验证。研究表明,电磁定量浇注精度可以控制在2%范围内;铝合金电磁浇注定量精度高,是一种先进的定量浇注技术,可以大大提高挤压铸造的自动化水平及实现近净成型。
The paper is to introduces electromagnetic power quantitative pouring technology theory and control model for aluminum alloy extrusion casting. The paper introduces the basic theory of quantitative pouring with the electromagnetic power. The calculation model of flux with current and pump height with current have been established with the experiment and mathematical fit. The quantitative pouring control method has been studied. An actual squeeze casting has been used to validate the correctness of the model. The study is proved that the quantitative controlling precision can be attained ±2%. The electromagnetic power quantitative pouring is an advanced technology because of the good and reliable precision. The technology can improve the automatic level of squeeze casting and realize the near net forming.
