摘要
介绍了计算机辅助工程技术(CAE)在新产品研发中的应用。采用CAE辅助技术对密封盘的结构和工艺设计进行了研究。运用ProCAST软件研究了密封盘的缩松和凝固温度场的分布,借助有限元分析软件ANSYS模拟了密封盘工作时的应力和变形情况,在模拟结果的帮助下确定了合理的密封盘的结构和铸造工艺。
A computer aided engineering (CAE) method used in the course of developing new product was put forward in this paper, and then taking the sealing plate as research object, which was applied to help to design the structure and establish the casting process of the sealing plate. The shrinkage porosity and solidification temperature field of the sealing plates had been calculated with Pro CAST software; On the other hand, the stress and distortion of them were also simulated with a commercial Finite Element Analysis (FEA) code ANSYS. With the help of the simulation, the reliable structure and reasonable process of the sealing plate were decided finally.
