天然气加气站有LNG、CNG和L-CNG三种模式,其工艺流程及所需设备不同。比较了3种加气站设备、造价、运行费用以及安全性。LNG加气站在造价和安全性方面优于CNG加气站,而L-CNG加气站介于两者之间。对于加气规模为10 000 m3/d的加气站,只有当LNG加气站的天然气进站价格比CNG加气站高出约0.151元/m3时,其年总运行费用才会高于CNG加气站。建议在条件允许的情况下,优先考虑建设LNG加气站。
There are three modes with different technological processes and equipment, including LNG, CNG and L-CNG, in natural gas filling stations. The equipment, construction cost, operation cost and safety of the three kinds of gas filling stations are compared. LNG filling station is superior to CNG filling station in construction cost and safety, and L-CNG filling station is one between the both. Under the condition of gas filling capacity of 10 000 m^3/d, the annual total operation cost of LNG filling station is higher than that of CNG filling station only if the purchasing price of LNG is higher than that of CNG by 0. 151 yuan/m^3. It is suggested that LNG filling station should be set up first under permissible conditions.
