摘要
由于高速凸轮机构惯性力大,非弹簧元件不能都看成是绝对的刚体,从而忽略构件弹性变形的影响,而应将整个机构看成一个弹性系统,经过对机构各元件进行分析后,将其等效为单自由度系统模型,并以此模型对从动件作摆线运动规律作动力学计算和仿真,结果表明,对高速凸轮机构的分析和等效是合理的、正确的、完全可行,既简单又实用。
As the high-speed cam inertia, non-spring elements can be considered as an absolute rigid, elastic deformation of the neglect, but rather a flexible system as a whole. After the analysis of all elements of the body, equivalent to a single degree of freedom model, and the follower for this model for the calculation of cycloid movement and simulation results indicate that analysis of the high-speed cam and volunteers are reasonable, correct and entirely feasible, simple and practical.
