卒中单元管理模式用于脑卒中患者的康复护理效果 被引量:12

摘要 目的探讨卒中单元管理模式对提高脑卒中偏瘫患者早期康复依从性和康复效果的作用。方法将98例脑卒中偏瘫患者分为对照组和观察组,对照组50例,实施传统管理模式;观察组48例入住卒中单元,实施卒中单元管理模式。分别于入院1周内和出院前评定两组患者的康复依从性、Barthel指数。结果入院1周内两组患者的康复依从性比较(2.31±1.12,2.36±1.56)和Barthel指数比较(31.55±11.90,33.23±10.62),差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),出院前两组的康复依从性比较(3.31±1.64,2.54±1.82)和Barthel指数比较(65.67±12.14,47.64±16.28),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论卒中单元管理模式对提高脑卒中偏瘫患者的康复依从性和生活能力起到了明显的促进作用。 Objective To discuss the role of management pattern of stroke unit in improving the early compliance with rehabilitation and rehabiliation effect of patients with stroke. Methods 98 patients with stroke were divided into control group and observation group. 50 patients in control group were applied traditional management pattern while 48 in observation group were applied management pattern of stroke unit. Compliance and Barthel Index in both groups within one week after admission to hospital and before discharging from hospital were compared. Results There were no significant differences in compliance with rehabilitation and Barthel Index within one week after admission to hospitl (P〉0.05), but there were differences before discharging from hospital (P〈0.01).Conclusion Management pattern of stroke unit plays an obvious role in improving compliance with rehabilitation and life quality of patients with stroke.
