摘要
目的对甲状腺素引起心肌肥厚的作用机制及相关中药对其干预的资料进行综述。方法对近年国内外相关文献进行归纳、介绍。结果过量甲状腺素(L-Thyroxine,Thy)能引起心肌肥厚,其作用机制复杂,不仅有激素对心脏的直接作用,也介导了Ca2+的转运,产生氧自由基,使ATP耗竭并与激活肾素血管紧张素系统、增加肾上腺素能受体表达等有关,其所引起的心肌肥厚是一种缺氧缺血性的特殊肥厚。已初步发现有些中药和中药复方具有拮抗甲状腺素和防治心肌肥厚的作用。结论对甲状腺素引起心肌肥厚的作用机制及开发确定有疗效的抗甲状腺素和抑制心肌肥厚的中药还需深入研究。
Objective To review the mechanism of thyroxin inducing myocardial hypertrophy and the intervention of Chinese herbs on it. Methods The correlative documents published in recent years were summarized. Results Myocardial hypertrophy can be induced by excessive L- Thyroxine. The mechanism is complex, including the direct impact of the hormone on the heart and the transportation of Ca^2+ , which results in producing oxygen free radicals and the consuming of ATP. L - Thyroxine accelerates myocardial hypertrophy process by stimulating rennin - angiotensin system and increasing the expression of adrenal receptors as well. The myocardial hypertrophy is special, accompanied by hypocia and ischemia. Some Chinese traditional herbs and compounds have shown their antithyroid functions including inhibition of the process of myocardial hypertrophy. Conclusion Further researches must be done to investigate the mechanism of thyoroxin inducing myocardial hypertrophy and develop valuable Chinese traditional drugs or compounds against it.
