摘要
以抗阿特拉津除草剂油菜OACtriton和敏感型油菜宁油七号为材料,比较了它们在光合生理特性方面的差异。结果表明,抗除草剂油菜不仅光合速率低,而且植株体内生长素、赤霉素等内源激素明显低于宁油七号,这是制约抗性油菜光合生产能力的两个主要因素。研究还发现,尽管阿特拉津除草剂对抗性油菜的光合速率无不良影响,但会影响植株内源激素的比例,并导致叶绿体光合产物运转受阻,从而进一步制约油菜的光合生产能力,影响油菜的正常生长。
Characteristics of photosynthesis between atrazine resistant variety(OAC triton) and atrazine susceptible variety(Ningyou 7) of Brassica napus were analysed and compared. Results showed that atrazine resistant rape was characterized by not only a lower net photosynthetic rate but also an unbalanced state of the content of endogenous phytohormones, which were the two main factors restraining improvement in photosynthetic productivity of atrazine resistant rape. Although the herbicide “atrazine” had no negative effect on the photosynthetic rate of atrazine resistant rape, it could increase the risk of losing the equilibrium of various endogenous phytohormones and result in hindering the effective transference of photosynthetic products from chloroplasts to other parts of atrazine resistant plant. Therefore, it restrained the increase in photosynthetic productivity and affected the normal growth of atrazine resistant rape.The ways of improving and overcoming these disadvantages of atrazine resistant rape were discussed in this paper as well.
