摘要
在对虾配合饲料中添加不同剂量(0.0.5、1.0、1.5、2r.g/g)的β-葡聚糖投喂凡纳滨对虾60d,分析β-葡聚糖对凡纳滨对虾免疫相关酶活性的影响。结果表明:1.5mg/g处理组肌肉溶菌酶活力显著高于对照组(P〈0.05);0.5、1.0、1.5mg/g处理组的POD活力均显著高于对照组(P〈0.05);0.5、1.0、1.5、2.0mg/g各处理组血清碱性磷酸酶(AKP)和酸性磷酸酶(ACP)均极显著高于对照组(P〈0.01),其中1.5mg/g组的ALP和ACP活力最高。表明饲料中添加葡聚糖能有效提高虾体免疫力,活官添加剂量为1.0-1.5mg/g.
The effect of β-- glucan on enzyme activity of immunity in Pacific white leg shrimp Litopenaeus vannmei were investigated. Five diets of various concentrations (mg/g) (0,0.5,1.0,1.5 and 2.0) of β- glucan were fed for 60 d. The results showed that four immunological factors including bacteriolysin(LSZ) in muscle tissue, perox- idase(POD), acid phosphatase(ACP) and alkaline phosphatase(AKP) activities in blood serum of the shrimp were increased after fed β- glucan. The activity of LSZ was significantly higher in the groups treated with 1.5 mg/g β- glucan ( P 〈 0.05 ), and the activity of POD was significantly higher in the groups treated with 0.5, 1.0 and 1.5 mg/g β- glucan ( P 〈 0.05), and the activities of ACP and ALP was very significantly higher in the groups treated with 0.5,1.0,1.5 and 2.0 mg/g β- glucan (P 〈0. 01) than the control group. It indicated that β- glucan could increase the immunological activity of the shrimp and the optimum concentration was 1.0 - 1.5 mg/g.
