阜新地区不同沙棘品种光合及蒸腾特性的研究 被引量:13

摘要 应用LI-6400型便携式光合作用测定系统,研究了辽宁阜新地区不同沙棘品种的光合及蒸腾生理特性。结果表明:不同品种沙棘净光合速率的日变化均呈"午休"型的双峰曲线变化,从早上6:00开始,在以后的几个小时内净光合速率迅速升高,并在中午12:00前后出现最高峰,之后光合速率下降直到14:00,随后又继续上升并且在15:00前后出现次高峰;蒸腾速率的日变化呈单峰曲线变化,峰值出现在14:00前后;叶片气孔导度的日变化曲线和光合速率的日变化曲线成平行变化趋势;同时,叶片气孔导度的日变化曲线和蒸腾速率日变化曲线也具有相似的变化规律。因此在强高温季节应注意保护,以促进其生长发育。 With LI-6400 portable photosynthesis system, the physiological characteristics related with light on different Hippophoe rhamnoides spieces were researched. An obvious double-peak curve on bright sunny days in summer under nornlal cultivation was found. The net photosynthetic rate increased rapidly for a few hours from 6:00 A.M., reached a peak at about 12:00 A.M., with followed by marked decrease until about 2:00 P.M., then increased again and reached the second peak at about 15:00 P.M. The changes of transpiration in a day showed a single-peak curve and the peak appear at about 14:00 P.M. The diurnal variation curve of stomatal conductance had almost the same tendency with the diurnal variation curve of net photosynthetic rate. And the diurnal variation curve of stomatal conductance had the similar tendency with the diurnal variation curve of the net photosynthetic rate.
