摘要 蒸煮废液碱回收的热电联产实现了废液的综合利用,比普通的煤发电具有多项优势,如热效率高、SO2的空气污染小、没有煤灰的二次污染.目前正在开发的黑液气化技术还可使黑液发电量提高1~2倍,这将是制浆工业一项重大的技术进步. Combined heat and power (CHP) generation in chemical recovery process is the comprehensive utilization of pulping black liquor. Compared with using coal as fuel, it has several advantages including higher heat efficiency, low SO2 emission and cinder discharge which will cause second pollution. Black liquor gasification is an emerging and more efficient technology for black liquor utilization, which can increase power generation efficiency 1~2 times higher than that of the conventional recovery technology. This technology has been developing in Noah America and European countries for many years.
