摘要
针对一起立式离心铸造机在试运行过程中铸型顶盖脱落事故,根据流体静力学原理对金属液体进行受力分析,对模具顶盖螺栓材料进行强度校核,查找事故技术原因,提出安全预防措施,确保离心铸造安全运行。
According to an accident of the top cover flew from the vertical centrifugal casting machine during the period of commissioning run test, the analysis of the force on liquefied metal was carried out according to the theory of hydrostatics, and the strength of the bolt material was checked, the reason of this accident was find out. So the safety measures were put forward to ensure the running safety of the vertical centrifugal casting.
