摘要
在对相关的就业理论与分析方法进行系统地分析与研究的基础上,提炼出衡量地区就业能力的影响因子。进而根据本次研究的目的,以相关的区域与空间理论及分析方法为基础,在系统论思想及指标与指标体系理论的指导下,构建衡量地区就业能力的指标体系。运用构建的指标体系对东北地区35个地级市一级的行政区域的就业能力进行量化指标的对比与分析,进而确定其就业能力的区域分异及所反映出的地域结构特征和在时间序列上的演变规律。
Based on the systematic analysis and study of the theories and methods related to employment, the paper abstracts the influential elements which can judge the regional employment capability. And then, in the light of this study, based on the theories and methods related to region and space, under the guide of the systematic idea and the theories of indicator and indicator system, the author tries to work out a indicator system which can judge the regional employment capability. Then the paper applies the indicator system to 35 cities in the north-east area for quantitative comparation and analysis, in order to study and analyze the regional differences, spatial pattern characteristics, time developing law of the 35 cities' employment capability.
