从高职高专学生的个性特征、影响学生个性发展的因素以及高职高专学生良好个性发展的思路和措施三个方面,探讨了高职高专学生个性发展的问题。
This essay approaches to the vocational college students＂ individualistic development by exploring their personality, influential factors as well as proposing some thinking and measures.
