水下高压焊接舱三维设计及舱体快开结构CAE分析

摘要 运用UG软件对水下高压焊接试验舱进行了三维设计,完成了零部件模型相应的装配和用于指导现场生产的二维工程图,并运用ANSYS有限元分析软件对水下干式高压焊接试验舱的舱体快开结构进行了强度及疲劳分析,分析设计结果达到了在海下特殊压力、温度等情况下进行工作的试验舱的设计要求。 High pressure welding of underwater testing chamber is 3-dimentionally designed by UG software,and complete parts of models are assembled, and then the 2D engineering drawings are drawn for on-site fabrication. At the same time, the intensity and fatigue are analyzed for the quick closure structure of the high pressure welding of underwater testing chamber by ANSYS software. Result shows that it satisfies the design request of the testing chamber working under special sea condition, pressure,temperature and so on.
