摘要
目的分析护理专业学生学习风格与学习成绩的关系,研究相应的教学策略。方法采用Kolb学习风格量表对283名护理专业学生进行学习风格调查,分析其学习风格与学生成绩的相关性。结果不同学习风格的护理专业学生在学习成绩上存在差异性(均P<0.05);学习倾向偏好与学习成绩存在显著相关性(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论学习风格影响学习效果。要提高护理专业学生的学习质量,应加强反思观察与抽象概念的训练,使学生学会学习;同时应变被动实践为主动实践,挖掘学生的创新能力。
Objective To explore the correlation between learning style and academic achievement of nursing student. Methods The learning styles of nursing students were evaluated by using Kolb's Learning Style Inventory and their academic achievement was assessed by average scores of required courses and nursing skills. Results Nursing students with different learning styles exhibited significant differences in academic achievement (P〈0.05 for all). There was a significant correlation between learning preferences and academic achievement (P〈0.05, P〈0.01). Conclusion Learning style influences nursing students' academic achievement. Reflective observation and abstract conceptualization should be added to the training program so as to improve the learning quality of nursing students . Meanwhile, in order to enhance their creative ability, students should be encouraged to take an active role in experimentation instead of a passive one.
