摘要
探讨在喷气织机上生产LyoceⅡ贡缎品种的技术措施。首先要保证原纱质量;整经工序采用低车速;浆料配方要优选,可使织机效率由89.8%提高到92.4%;织造工序为了减少百脚及全幅小经缩疵点,采取了清洁钢筘、探纬器,加钢筘卡子,合理配置气压及引纬工艺参数等措施,可使织机效率达92.4%,正品率达99%。
Technology measures of producing Lyocell satin in air-jet loom were discussed, guarantee raw yam quality, adopting low speed in warping process and optimizing size formula can enhance loom efficiency from 89.8% to 92.4%. Measures of cleaning metal reed, weft detector, adding reed clipper hook, configuring air pressure and weft insertion reasonably were adopted in weaving process to reduce mispick and full width knees, these measures can enhance loom efficiency to 92.4%, standard-piece rate to 99%.
