摘要
本文对蔓长春花光合生理特性进行了研究,结果表明:蔓长春花的光补偿点分别为13.2μmol·m-2·s-1,饱和点约为1000μmol·m-2·s-1左右,补偿点较低、饱和点高,属于阳性植物,但具有一定的耐阴能力,对光具有较宽的适应性;相关分析表明:气孔导度对净光合速率影响最为明显,其次为相对湿度和蒸腾速率。蔓长春花的净光合速率日变化曲线呈不明显的双峰曲线型,在9∶00和13∶00时分别为一高峰,Pn值为12.4μmol·m-2·s-1和8.55μmol·m-2·s-1,具有"午睡"现象。
The photosynthetic physiologic characteristics of Vinca major was studied in this article, the results indicated that Vinca major had a high saturation point about 1000 μmol·m^-1·s^-1 ,and a quite low light compensation point about 13.2 μmol·m^-1·s^-1, belonging to heliophytic tree species. But they also could tolerate shade,and was suitable to a multiple light condition. The main factors influencing net photosynthetic rates of Vinca major was stomatal conductance, and then the air relative humidity and transpiration rates . The daily variation of net photosynthetic rate of Vinca major showed the not obvious double -peak curve type, the peaks occurring at 9:00 and 13:00 respectively, the net photosynthetic rate were 12.4μmol·m^-1·s^-1 and 8.55 μmol·m^-1·s^-1.
