摘要
针对南钢烧结原料的特殊性专门设计了烧结添加剂,并在二作业区进行了工业性试验。结果表明,添加焦耗量0.14%左右的催化助燃剂,利用系数提高2%以上,固体燃耗降低1.51kg/t矿,转鼓指数提高2.6个百分点。
Catalyst additions were designed for the sintering plant of Nanjing Steel according to the characteristics of the plant and industrial test was carried out at the No. 2 plant. Results show that with addition of catalyst of 0.14% coke consumption, the productivity increased by over 2%, solid fuel consumption decreased by 1.51kg/t (ore) and fumbler index increased by 2.6 %.
