摘要
介绍造成录井钢丝破坏的3种形式:氢脆断裂、点蚀穿孔和应力腐蚀,指出应从这3个方面考虑不锈录井钢丝牌号的选择,并通过抗硫化氢应力腐蚀试验验证其结果;通过对不锈录井钢丝的使用环境、国内外牌号对比、腐蚀类型及其耐蚀能力、工艺等的叙述和大量数据的对照,提出选用不锈录井钢丝的经验公式和选择要求,指导不锈录井钢丝的生产、选用,指出其研究方向。
To introduce three damaging types of well-measuring steel wire ： hydrogen brittle fracture, pitting corrosion and stress corrosion. It is pointed out that the choice of well-measuring steel wire should think about three factors and the results are validated through anti-corrosion test of H2S. Setting forth using circumstance, type number comparison at home and abroad, corrosion type and anti-corrosion capability, process of stainless well-measuring steel wire and compare lots of data, experience formula and requirement choosing stainless well-measuring steel wire are put forward, it can guide production and use selecting of stainless well-measuring steel wire and its research direction is given.
