安宫牛黄丸对大鼠脑出血后血肿周围脑组织含水量的影响 被引量:21

Effect of Angong Niuhuang Wan on Water Content in Brain Tissue around the Hematome after Intracerebral Hemorrhage in Rats

摘要 目的研究安宫牛黄丸对大鼠脑出血后脑组织的保护作用。方法将SD大鼠随机分为安宫牛黄丸治疗组(治疗组)、脑出血组(ICH组)、假手术组、正常对照组。每组分为6h、12h、24h、48h、72h等5个时点,每个时点5只大鼠。采用自体股动脉血注入尾状核建立大鼠脑出血模型,观察各组的神经功能状态、血肿周围脑组织含水量及形态学的变化。结果治疗组12h^72h各时点神经功能障碍评分均低于ICH组(P<0.05)。治疗组12h^72h各时点脑组织含水量均低于ICH组(P<0.01)。结论安宫牛黄丸能明显降低大鼠脑出血后脑含水量,同时神经功能障碍明显改善,提示安宫牛黄丸对治疗脑出血后脑水肿有一定的作用,其作用机制有待进一步探讨。 Objective To explore the effect of Angong Niuhuang Wan on brain edema after intrac-erebral hemorrhage(ICH) in rats. Methods In this study, the SD rats were divided into Angong Ni- uhuang Wan treating group, ICH group, sham operation group and control group. The rats were as-sessed at 6h, 12h, 24h, 48h, 72h. The intracerebral hemorhage model were established by injecting of au- to-non-anticoagulated artery blood into the caudate nucleus of the rats. The changes of brain water con- tent were measured by the wet-dry weight methods. Neurobehavioral outcome was assessed. Results Neurobehavioral scores at 12~72h in Angong Niuhuang Wan treating group were lower than those in ICH group(P〈0.05). Compared with ICH group ,water contents in perihematoma at 12~72h in An-gong Niuhuang Wan treating group significantly decreased (P〈0.01). Conclusion Angong Niuhuang Wan could alleviate cerebral edema. It is proved that Angong Niuhuang Wan perhaps could cure partly cerebral edema following ICH.
