摘要
对镍及其化合物的致癌作用与自由基的关系进行了综述。镍在体内可以催化Fenton反应产生自由基,促进脂类过氧化并削弱细胞的抗氧化能力,从而促使细胞癌变。这说明了镍的致癌作用主要是通过自由基的作用而实现的。
The relationship between free radicals and the carcinogenesis of nickel and its compounds was summarized. Ni(Ⅱ) could enhance the production of free radicals mainly in three pathways:Fenton reaction, enhancing lipid peroxidation and decreasing cellular antioxidantive defense system. Thus free radacals lead cell carcinogenesis. It suggested that the carcinogenesis of Ni(Ⅱ) was mainly related to the effect of free radicals.
