摘要
在大鼠自体血凝块颅内注入的脑血肿模型上 ,给予中风脑得平冲剂进行治疗。实验结果 :大鼠脑血肿形成后 ,脑组织Na+ 、Ca2 + 及H2 O的含量明显升高 ;脑血管通透性增强 ,脑内伊文斯蓝 (E vantsBlueEB)含量显著增加 ,且有随病程增加而逐渐增高之趋势。应用中风脑得平冲剂后 ,可明显减轻上述指标的异常升高 ,尤其在降低脑水、Na+ 含量方面作用更为显著 。
The experimental cerebral hematoma model was induced by injecting autogenous clot into rats. The influences of Zhongfeng Naodeping granules on cerebral index,the contents of water, Na +, K +,Ca 2+ and Mg 2+ of the brain tissue, and the cerebrovascular permeability, in 6 h, 12 h, 48 h, and 72 h after the induction of cerebral hematoma, were observed, and the results showed that in the model group, the cerebral index and the contents of water and Na + of the brain tissue had a progressive increase, and the cerebrovascular permeability, especially that of the right side of the brain (with hematoma) became evidently enhanced; Zhongfeng Naodeping granules could alleviate cerebral edema, and reduce cerebral index, the contents of water and Na + of the brain tissue, and lessen the cerebrovascular permeability. The results of the research suggest that Zhongfeng Naodeping granules are useful in the treatment of encephaledema induced by experimental cerebral hematoma.
