DETERMINATION OF ORGNAOPHOSPHORUS PESTICIDE RESIDUES IN DRINKING WATER BY GAS CHROMATOGRAPHY WITH ECD

摘要 [目的]应用电子捕获检测器-气相色谱法测定饮用水中有机磷农药残留。[方法]采用液-液萃取法对水样进行预处理,通过调节水样pH值,离子强度优化前处理条件,用ECD检测器进行测定。[结果]采用程序升温,所测定的5种有机磷在HP-5MS毛细管柱上得到较好分离,加标回收率在71%~99%之间,检出限在1×10-6mg/L~1×10-5mg/L。[结论]用ECD检测器测定水中敌敌畏、乐果、甲基-对硫磷、马拉硫磷和对硫磷,能够满足分析要求。 [Objective] To determine five kinds of orgnaophosphorus pesticide residues in drinking water by gas chromatography with ECD. [Methods] Pesticide samples were enriched by Liquid-liquid extraction, extraction efficiency could be improved by adjusting pH and ionic strength of the samples, pesticide residues were analyzed by GC coupled with ECD. [ Resuits] The five kinds of orgnaophosphorus pesticides were well separated on HP-5MS capillary column by programmed temperature, recoveries of five pesticides at three fortification levels were in the range of 71%-99%, the detection limits were front 1×10^-6mg/L to 1×10^-5mg/L. [ Conclusions] It is satisfactory to apply ECD in determination of Dichlorvos, Dimethoate, Parathion-methyl, Malathion and Parathion in drinking water.
