摘要
对SREBPs的分子调控及不同SREBPs同分异构体与体脂平衡的关系及其进展情况进行了综述。
Sterol regulatory element binding proteins ( SREBPs ) are localized at125 kDa precursor proteins that are localized to the endoplasmic reticulum, and their actived formeds functions as key transcription factors that activated specific genes involved in cholesterol, fatty acids, triacylglycerol, phospholipid synthesis and glucose metabolism. SREBPs regulation was at three major levels, which were transcription, proteolytic cleavage of SREBP precursors and post-translational modification of nSREBPs. These proteins interacted with PPARs and LXR, which was very important during regulating the body lipid homeostasis. The regulation of SREBP isoforms and their role in the control of lipid homeostasis were mainly reviewed.
