摘要
叙述了高阶谱应用于溢流阀故障诊断,并提出一种诊断溢流阀故障的方法。介绍了双谱的定义,进一步强调了高阶谱在提取故障信号的应用,文章对采样的数据进行处理后,用高阶累积量对数据建立AR模型,再进行双谱分析,针对溢流阀的双谱结构图、等高线图和其双谱切片图在正常情况和故障情况的不同进行对比,差异明显。结果说明,用高阶谱来诊断溢流阀故障是可行的,有效的。
This paper presents a new method of applying the high order spectra to machinery fault diagnosis. A brief review of bispectra researches is presented, and the emphasis is placed on the ability of high order spectra to extract diagnostic information from the fault signals. For diagnosing hydraulic relief valve, the high-order cumulant technique is employed to set up the time series AR models, and bispectrum analysis is performed. Comparison of the bispectrum, the contour and the slices of AR bispectra between normal state and fault states shows that the differences are quite apparent. The results indicate that the high-order spectrum analysis method is feasible and ef-fective for diagnosing hydraulic relief valve.
