摘要
多孔多裂纹结构的损伤是老龄飞机和许多工程结构中存在的一种典型损伤形式,它严重影响着结构的完整性和使用安全。因此,研究多孔多裂纹结构的损伤容限问题,特别是结构的断裂特性,具有重要的工程意义和很高的实用价值。本文主要考虑销钉与结构间的接触问题,应用有限元方法,建立合理的计算模型,计算了多孔多裂纹结构的应力强度因子。通过大量计算,给出了典型多孔多裂纹结构应力强度因子的计算结果曲线,分析其相互影响规律及破坏特性。计算结果和结论可作为该类结构损伤容限设计的参考依据。
The damage to structures with multiple pin-holes and cracks is a typical form of damage that exists in airplanes of old age and many other engineering structures. It badly influences their integrity and safety of use. Therefore, analyzing the damage tolerance and especially the fracture characteristics of structures with multiple pin-holes and cracks is of great engineering significance. Primarily concerned with the contact between pins and other structures, the paper used the finite element method to produce reasonable calculation models and calculate the stress intensity factors (SIF) of the structures with multiple pin-holes and cracks. Through numerous calculations, the SIF curves for crack tips were obtained, and their damage characteristics were analyzed.
